Refunds, Exchanges, Returns

Because all Triboca Arts products are custom printed (Print-on-demand, POD) just for you when you place an order, there is no pre-printed stock or inventory, no warehouses, no re-stocking (hence no restocking fee), and no resale process for customized products. For these reasons, Triboca Arts offers exchanges or refunds only under the following conditions: manufacturing defect, mislabeled item, item lost in transit. No returns will be accepted for buyer's remorse or wrong size or wrong item purchases of any customized products. We strongly recommend you use actual CURRENT measurements with the size charts included in every product description of items with size variants.


  • If you've accidentally ordered the wrong size or item, or listed the wrong address, please contact us by phone at 760-442-8711 immediately. We may be able to stop the order on the backend.


Damages or defects


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.  Phone: 760-442-8711. If we are unable to answer, please leave a message with your name, order reason for the call, and your phone number. Our Customer Service Email: service@tribocaarts.com

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the delivery date to request a return. To accommodate gift items ordered from November 24 through December 24, you have until January 8 to initiate a request for return/refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it
  • unworn or unused
  • with all tags
  • in its original packaging
  • Though rare, its possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that's the case please contact us at service@triboca-arts.com within a week after receiving your order.  Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item and we will send you a new one or issue a refund.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

 To start a return:

  1. Contact us by email at service@tribocaarts.com, or by phone: 760-442-8711.
  2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label by mail. It is your responsibility to provide your correct mailing address.
  4. We will also send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Every Triboca Arts product is customized at the time it is ordered. We don't pre-print and store products, neither do we re-stock or re-sell anything.

If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts provided under product description for every item with size variants listed in our store. European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

 Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
